More Spring

I realized recently that folks were having trouble commenting on my blog. Sorry about that! I fixed the problem and you should be able to leave a comment now if you want!

The best part about the coming of spring are the flowers. Here are some from our backyard.

Here are some brussels sprouts growing in the garden. I LOVE good brussels sprouts boiled for less than 10 min with butter and sea salt. They seem to get a bad reputation because they are often not fresh and over cooked, and they taste bitter and mushy that way. Don’t overcook them, and they are amazing!
